Q2: What is the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?
A2: We recommend 150~170 celsius degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.
Q3:Why my hair getting tangled or shedding?
A3: New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:
a. poor weft construction.
b. weft cutting
c. dry hair
For poor weft construction issue, please contact us and send picture immediately. We will help you do refund or exchange based on our refund policy. We are STRONGLY RECOMMEND customer SEAL WEFT & DO NOT CUT TRACK. And the dryness problems will lead tangle and shed, please follow our hair care instruction and do conditioner to co-wash it at least once a week!
Q4:Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
A4: All the original human hair can be dyed and bleached as you want except 613 blonde. (All the per-bleached human hair can not bleach again). Usually it's easier to darken the hair than lighten. But you need to do it professionally to get exact color without damage to hair. Human hair will dry easily after leaving the donor, therefore please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Q5:How long does the hair last?
A5: This hair can last for a long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer (at least 8 Months)
Q6:How long can I get the hair if I purchase now?
A6: Dear friend, we use the fastest shipping methods Fedex/DHL/UPS/DPEX, normally you can get the hair in one week. Here is the estimate time of different countries/areas :

Q7:Is there any smell with this hair?
A7: Our factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo very very clean. And we will put the hair oil on the hairs to protect the hair without any dry during the long time shipping. The smell will disappear after washing with shampoo and conditioner.
Q8:How can I care the hair in normal?
A8: When you care the hair, washing it twice a week is necessary. Detangle the hair before washing. After the wash, you can use the hair conditioner to make the hair soft and silky. Comb the body wave or straight hair with a wide brush, if your hair is curly hair, please comb it by the fingers! When you wet it and add coconut oil cream in the hair to keep the hair curl pattern!

- At beautybeckoning.com, we have a hassle-free return policy. You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date of your order for any reason.
- We kindly ask you to return the products in their original packaging.
- All returned products will be fully refunded as long as they have not been used or damaged.

- During the return period, you are allowed to open the packaging and test the product, just like you would in a regular store, to ensure it functions correctly.
- However, please refrain from excessive testing beyond what is necessary.
- If the product loses value due to excessive handling, we may reduce the refund amount.
- If you do not want a sealed package, it is best to leave the packaging intact as much as possible and properly reseal it.
- Opening a sealed package will make it difficult for us to accept the return. Once you have filled out and submitted the return request to our email at info@beautybeckoning.com, you will receive an email within 48 business hours with the return address or a return label.
- If you received a damaged product return is Free, you only need to download and print the label. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving a damaged item. After that, we cannot accept returns for damaged or defective items.
- In the case of voluntary returns (such as purchasing the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for the logistics and cost of the return shipping.

Return and refund procedure
To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:
Step 1. Inform beautybeckoning.com by email, sending your return request to info@beautybeckoning.com must include the following information: the order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return.
Step 2. Process the return request. Once the return request has been sent, our returns department staff will contact you within a maximum period of 2 working days and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned.
Step 3. Return of your product. You must return the product without undue delay, taking into account the times indicated in this case, within 30 days, from the day you receive the order.
The issued refund should appear in the payment method you used within 2-3 business days. If you have not received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while before the refund is officially released. Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@beautybeckoning.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please be aware that if the order is canceled at the customer's request, a 6% payment processing fee will not be refunded.
